Monday: 6am–7am (Women’s/Men’s)
Tuesday: 6am–7am (Men)
Thursday: 9am–10am • 3:30pm–4:30pm
Friday: 9am–10am (Private Training)
Saturday: 10am–11am
Sunday: 6am–7am • 3:30pm–4:30pm
